Chinda Hor is the Managing Director of CamCK Business CenterPoint, with over 15 years of experience in various management and service roles for both global and local companies. As a self-made businesswoman, she has climbed the ranks from the bottom of the administration business management industry in Cambodia, Siem Reap.

Chinda is dedicated to promoting engagement and education for sustainable change, prioritizing active listening and customized business solutions for each client. In her role as the managing partner and implementation leader of CamCK Business Management Consultancy Services, she offers a wide range of services, including relocation consulting and administration, investment & Ownership Startup business.

Miss. CHIN Kim

Director

Kim Chin is the Managing Director and co-founder of CamCK Business CenterPoint. She leads our business administration work in Cambodia and is a leader in our Marketing & Sales Practice. Kim is known for her expertise in digital marketing, B2C, and customer-relationship management.

With a focus on strategy, marketing, and sales, she helps clients address growth, commercial strategy, organizational performance, and restructuring. Passionate about creating a lasting impact, Kim regularly leads commercial transformation and capability-building efforts for clients.

Mr. GUIAT JF

Project Development Director

Jean-François Guiat, Project Development Director at CamCK Business CenterPoint, brings a wealth of experience in project consulting and real estate investment in Cambodia. Recognized for his deep industry knowledge and ability to meet client needs, he has successfully led the completion of complex projects.

As a property’s consultant at T&C Law Firm, Jean-François also provides valuable insights on the regulatory aspects applicable in Cambodia. Mrs. MATT Lisa

Administrative Manager

Lisa has over 6 years of professional consulting experience as an administration expert. She has assisted clients in managing administrative tasks, duties, responsibilities, expenses, and staff. Her focus is on corporate governance and business administration management.

Previously, Lisa worked as an admin at CS Real Estate Cambodia and APRS. In these roles, she was responsible for organizing administrative activities and ensuring that the best salespeople did not spend all their time on administrative tasks.

Mrs. KAY Sarom

Finance Manager

Sarom is the Finance Manager at CamCK Business CenterPoint, responsible for Finance Tax & Accounting. Her role involves assisting clients in transitioning their Small and Medium Size Enterprises into corporate entities, with a focus on corporate governance, business management, and financial management.

With over 12 years of experience in local and international accounting and auditing firms such as TONT, S AICE & RGB Club (Korean & China), and Baray Eco Farm, Sarom is a seasoned financial management professional. Her expertise lies in developing and maintaining financial transactions, financial analysis, budget setting, system integration & implementation. She advises business entrepreneurs on transforming traditional business styles into corporate/standard ones.

Sarom is a graduate of Bachelor of Finance and Accounting from Build Bright University.

Mr. Hour Ly

Marketing Manager

Hour Ly is the former Head of Marketing at CS Real Estate Cambodia Co., Ltd, where he gained over 5 years of experience. With almost 7 years of experience in marketing and real estate development, he is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities and support the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, conversion, and retention. Hour Ly brings a unique blend of skills to unlock your Cambodian market potential.
